Maternity Support Services/Infant Case Management
For: Pregnant individuals and parents of infants, who have Apple Health/ Medicaid health insurance
Benefits:
- Assistance applying for SNAP/ Basic Food, Childcare Subsidy, and PFML benefits,
- Nutritionist advice, help accessing medical & behavioral health care
- $20 gift card each month for participating in Culturally Responsive Integrated & Strength-Based Parenting (CRISP) classes
Mental Health Counseling & Training
For: Adults with Apple Health/ Medicaid health insurance
Benefits:
- In-person sessions
- Tele-counseling
- Partnership with MultiCare (Tacoma Family Medicine in Tacoma, Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, and START Clinic for pregnant individuals with Substance Use Disorder).
Community Health & Supportive Services
For Community Health Workers & Families: Potentially Preventable Hospitalization (PPH) Learning Collaborative, Family Support Centers, Foundational Community Supports, Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) navigation, and Answers Integrated Digital Empowerment (AIDE)

- Assistance with employment and housing
- Benefit navigation and application assistance
- Affordable Internet connectivity
- $20 gift card each month for participating in PPH Learning Collaborative training sessions with Answers and the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department.
Health Home
For: Molina Health Care and United Health Care members with Medicaid, who have serious chronic health or behavioral health conditions, or have been frequently hospitalized
Answers Counseling provides free Health Home services through contracts with Molina and United Health Care, which is funded by the Washington State Health Care Authority. We can help you apply for benefits and resources, navigate health care, and manage your health conditions.
